Prayer Calendar
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for L’Eglise Anglicane du Rwanda.
In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for all hospital chaplaincies, counseling chaplaincies, and Spiritual Directors throughout ECMN. Pray for your faith community nurses, health ministers, and all those who minister to the sick. We also pray for the parishes of Saint Mary (Afton, Ely, Saint Paul).
Saint Paul’s Parish Prayer List can be found here.

The Pastoral Care Team has a request for all:Â Take a few minutes every day to call and see how someone is doing; reach out and say a prayer with them and/or find out if they need anything. If anyone needs help, let us know and we will figure out how to assist; if you are that person, please reach out to Rev. Ramona or Pat Trumbull.
As Jesus said: Love one another.Â

Faith in Action
August’s food shelf theme is POWDERED BEVERAGES: lemonade, kids’ fruit drinks, iced tea, and the like. The food shelf has seen a huge uptick in use, and our collections have not been as robust. Please add them to your shopping list whenever able, and place your items in the bins outside the Undercroft. Email Liz Gamble Taylor or call 612-889-5250 to assist with delivery.
p.s. General donations are always welcome – thank you!!Â
Saint Paul’s Little Library is perpetually popular! Children’s picture books and adult fiction are most needed; all donations can be placed in the bins outside the Undercroft. Your continued generosity helps make this outreach possible.
Episcopal Relief & Development accepts donations to aid those in need both at home and abroad. Click here to donate in a way meaningful to you.

Prayers of the People, by the People… continued
a message from Lydia The response was overwhelming; it took nine minutes to read them all. They covered every topic we are asked to pray for (see BCP p. 383), and so the prayers that came directly from the people took the place of pre- written prayers. The Worship...
