Thank you to the Parish Choir for hosting Coffee Hour this week; next week, the Parish Life Commission and PIE SUNDAY.
Groveland and Joyce Uptown Food Shelves joyfully receive Saint Paul’s weekly donations. November’s theme is grab-and-go snacks (granola bars, fruit snacks, nuts, etc.); they also have need of personal care products. Please bring items to church as part of your weekly offering, and place in the baskets in the Narthex.
Upcoming Events and General Announcements
The fall Altar Guild training day will be this Saturday, 10 November from 9:30-11:30am. This will be a great chance to refresh our procedures before the busyness of the holiday season! Contact Kathy Kullberg if you will be able to attend.

Saint Paul’s Vestry is searching for a few good folks willing to serve a two-year term as Vestry member. The Vestry, the lay governing board of Saint Paul’s Church, works in tandem with the Rector to set the agenda for the church’s mission and ministry. We meet monthly and each member serves as liaison to a commission. If you a baptized member of Saint Paul’s Church, you are welcome to serve. You may speak to either Warden (Jacob McCray-Reeves or Meredith Johnson), Jill Westendorp, or Jim Huismann.
The Episcopal House of Prayer in the City invites all to join for their weekly Contemplative Prayer Practice each Monday at 6:30pm in the Auxiliary Classroom. Whether you are looking for a way to revitalize your prayer life or just searching for space and quiet, pray-ers of all abilities are welcome. If you are new and would like an orientation, feel free to come at 6:00 pm.
Father Marcus’s office hours at Saint Paul’s are on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am-5pm. To make an appointment, please call or e-mail him, or use his calendly link; evening or Tuesday/Thursday appointments may be made at his discretion.
