Hello everyone,
Peace and greetings! Today, Georgianna and I are in Burgos, Spain, walking a portion of the Camino de Santiago (The Way of Saint James) on the northern Spain route. The hike takes one through forests, fields, tiny villages, and churches. Depending on the route, walking the whole Camino can take 35 to 45
days (over 500 miles.)
The Camino ends at the Cathedral of Saint James (Santiago), said to be his burial place. People have been walking these routes for centuries. Folks come from all over the world and for religious and spiritual reasons. It is also great exercise – you use muscles that you didn’t think you had!
I have been praying for all of you as I travel. Here are two photos from along the way.
See you on All Saints Sunday!
Blessings,
Ramona+
