Prayer Calendar
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for La Iglesia Anglicana de México.
In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for Bishop Prior as he concludes his ministry as the IX Bishop of Minnesota, and for Bishop-Elect Craig Loya who is, God willing, to be consecrated and ordained as the X Bishop of Minnesota on 6 June. Pray also for all Ecumenical Ministries throughout the Minnesota, especially for the Minnesota Council of Churches and all those who work with social service agencies. We also pray for the parishes of the Trinity and Holy Trinity (Anoka, Excelsior, Litchfield, Park Rapids, Hermantown, Minneapolis, Elk River, International Falls, Saint Paul).
Saint Paul’s weekly Parish Prayer List can be found here. If you wish to be visited by a member of our Pastoral Care Team and/or deacon, request prayers for yourself or someone else on the Parish Prayer List, or simply make someone aware of an acute or ongoing need, click the blue button below.
A prayer request from Presiding Bishop Michael Curry: A Prayer for the Power of the Spirit Among the People of God. The Pastoral Care Team has a request for all: as we practice our social distancing, do not let that extend to social isolation. Take a few minutes every day to call someone to see how they are doing – to reach out and say a prayer with them and/or find out if they need anything. One of the things that is so important right now is to connect with our community. If there are those who need help, please let us know and we will figure out how to do that. If you are that person, please inform Deacon Barbara or Pat Trumbull. As Jesus said: Love one another. |

A message from Lorrie Sandelin at Joyce Uptown Food Shelf:
“Monetary donations are welcome! Right now we are doing a prepackaged food model, and so have a need for specific items. We can purchase food at our food banks much cheaper than you can purchase food right now: for every $1.00 donated we can purchase about $2.20 worth of food.”
Please visit their website and look for the yellow DONATE button on the home page.
And the king will answer them, “Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.”Matthew 25:40
