Prayer Calendar

In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Anglican Church of Australia.

In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for youth ministries within the Episcopal Church in Minnesota, especially for those involved with the Youth Commission and Teens Encounter Christ which are to be held virtually this year; for Circle of the Beloved; and all those in our faith community who are involved with faith formation ministries with children, youth, and young adults. We also pray for the parishes of Saint Peter (Cass Lake, Kasson, Warroad).

Saint Paul’s weekly Parish Prayer List can be found here. If you wish to be contacted by a member of our Pastoral Care Team and/or deacon, request prayers for yourself or someone else on the Parish Prayer List, or simply make someone aware of an acute or ongoing need, click the blue button below.

A message from Lorrie Sandelin at Joyce Uptown Food Shelf:

“Monetary donations are welcome! Right now we are doing a prepackaged food model, and so have a need for specific items. We can purchase food at our food banks much cheaper than you can purchase food right now: for every $1.00 donated we can purchase about $2.20 worth of food.”

Please visit their website and look for the yellow DONATE button on the home page or click the DONATE button below.

Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Team has a request for all: as we practice our social distancing, do not let that extend to social isolation. Take a few minutes every day to call someone to see how they are doing – to reach out and say a prayer with them and/or find out if they need anything. One of the things that is so important right now is to connect with our community. If there are those who need help, please let us know and we will figure out how to assist; if you are that person, please reach out to Deacon Janet or Pat Trumbull. As Jesus said: Love one another.
