Prayer Calendar

In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Anglican Church of Kenya.

In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Bishop and his staff; foundations which minister to children with special needs, especially for the work of the Sheltering Arms Foundation; and all who work in child protection agencies throughout the state of Minnesota. We also pray for the Spirit of the Wilderness parish (Grand Marais).

9 DEC: Ordinations to the Deaconate: All are invited to witness the ECMN ordination service tomorrow evening at 6:00PM in person at Saint Mark’s Cathedral or online; details may be found here.

13 DEC: The December Vestry meeting* will be held from 7-9PM in the Undercroft. Everyone is welcome to attend the general proceedings. If you have an item for the agenda, contact one of our Wardens below. *Note: meetings will now be held on the second Tuesday of each month. Really.

15 DEC: Beloved Community and Religion: Did Jesus say anything about it? What do other religions say about it? Join Gene in the Undercroft from 7-8PM. Register on the BCA website.

24 DEC: Christmas Eve liturgy: Candlelight, choir, incense, and Holy Eucharist herald the birth of Christ at 5:00PM, either in the pews or streaming on Zoom.

25 DEC: Join us Christmas Morning at 10:00AM for an intimate liturgy in the Chapel with carols and Holy Eucharist. In-person only.

Poinsettia remembrances and thanksgivings will once again adorn the sanctuary for Christmas! Look for the donation registration in the back of the Nave; sign up this Sunday through 18 December to be included in Christmastide bulletins. Plants will be available to take home after Christmas Day and by Twelfth Night, please.
Retable flowers can also be sponsored in 2023. Consult the list on the Undercroft kiosk for available Sundays.
