In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui.

In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for Province VI of The Episcopal Church. We pray for those who serve on ECMN Council, Mission Area Teams, Trustees, Standing Committee, Commission on Ministry, and Disciplinary Board; as Chancellors; and for the treasurer of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota. We pray also for the parishes of the Messiah (Prairie Island, Saint Paul).

Faith in Action

Casa Maria (Saint Nicholas) and Joyce Uptown Food Shelf are experiencing an increase in people needing food assistance. Please consider donating pantry basics: canned meat, tuna, fruit, vegetables, beans, cereal, peanut butter, pasta, and rice. Place donations in the bins outside the Undercroft. Delivery help is needed! Questions? Talk/text Laurie Larsen at 612-849-1348. p.s. General items are always welcome!

Saint Paul’s Little Library is perpetually popular! Children’s picture books and adult fiction are most needed; all donations can be placed in the bins outside the Undercroft. Your continued generosity helps make this outreach possible.

Joyce Uptown Foodshelf released a seasonal update. Click to read here and see how you can help one of our Outreach partners.

Episcopal Relief & Development accepts donations to aid those in need both at home and abroad. Click here to donate in a way meaningful to you.

Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Team has a request for all: as we practice our social distancing, do not let that extend to social isolation. Take a few minutes every day to call someone to see how they are doing – to reach out and say a prayer with them and/or find out if they need anything. One of the things that is so important right now is to connect with our community. If there are those who need help, please let us know and we will figure out how to assist; if you are that person, please reach out to Deacon Janet or Pat Trumbull. As Jesus said: Love one another.
