The Uptown Art Fair will be taking place August 7-9 at the south end of Lake of the Isles, from Dean Parkway to Bde Maka Ska; Saint Paul’s should not be directly impacted, but plan your drive accordingly!

Pastoral visits with Communion: If your health or mobility renders you unable to attend on Sundays and you wish Rev. Ramona to bring Holy Communion to your home, please email her (or call/text at 612-201-6634).

In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for The Episcopal Church.

In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for all hospital chaplaincies, counseling chaplaincies, and Spiritual Directors throughout ECMN, as well as our faith community’s nurses, health ministers, and those who minister to the sick. We pray also for the parishes of Saint Mary (Afton, Ely, Saint Paul).

Pencils and paper and crayons, oh my:
It’s time for the annual school supply drive for Ella Baker Global Studies & Humanitites Magnet School! The shopping list can be found here. Online orders should not be shipped to the church; contact Meredith for her generous offer to receive and deliver them.

Food shelf donations:In addition to pantry staples (no expired or glass items, por favor), our partner organizations have expressed a need for COOKBOOKS! Need to thin your collection? Drop off all foodie donations outside the Undercroft. If you’d like to help with deliveries to Casa Maria or Joyce Uptown, contact Laurie Larsen.

Summer Snack Bags can be found in the yellow-lidded bin outside the Undercroft. Please take several to keep in your car, and share them with neighbors in need!

Saint Paul’s Little Library is perpetually popular! Children’s picture books and adult fiction are still most needed; all donations can be placed in the bins outside the Undercroft. Your continued generosity helps make this outreach possible.

Episcopal Relief & Development accepts donations to aid those in need both at home and abroad. Click here to donate in a way meaningful to you.

Lost phone owner: A lonely phone was found in the building, but missing its owner. Grace has it secured; please contact them at facilities@stpaulsmpls.org to make arrangements.

Organ update: We have learned that the blower – the part that supplies wind to the instrument – had burned out; we’re in conversation with the builder about next steps, and we’re grateful for your flexibility and hearty singing in the interim. Please email Jacob if you’d like to collaborate with him to help enrich our music during this time as either a vocalist or instrumentalist.

Ministers in Liturgy and Coffee Hour volunteers:Please check your availability for August and September, then sign up for open positions; customaries will be emailed your week of service. Contact Jacob Manier with questions.

Adorn the retable with flowers to mark important occasions or people in your life. Reserve the date you wish to sponsor flowers by contacting Kathy Kullberg or Deb Low. Payment can be made online via Realm (select “Flower Fund” from dropdown and enter chosen date in memo) or a check made out to Saint Paul’s Church, with “flowers” in the memo; suggested donation $50.
