Prayer Calendar
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for The Church of Bangladesh.
In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, Episcopal Group Homes, Guardian Angels, and all other institutions that do ministry for and with the elderly; for our local senior residential facilities and care centers; and for all farmers and laborers working with the harvest, especially San Jose Obrero Mission in Montgomery and Good Courage Farm. We pray also for the parish of the Redeemer (Cannon Falls).

Faith in Action
Food shelf donations!
We’re looking for creamy condiments this month: mayonnaise, salad dressings, and the like (no expired or glass containers, please). Drop off all food donations outside the Undercroft. If you’d like to lend a hand with deliveries to Joyce Uptown Food Shelf, contact Laurie Larsen.
Saint Paul’s Little Library is perpetually popular! Children’s picture books and adult fiction are still most needed; all donations can be placed in the bins outside the Undercroft. Your continued generosity helps make this outreach possible.
Episcopal Relief & Development accepts donations to aid those in need both at home and abroad. Click here to donate in a way meaningful to you.
UPCOMING EVENTS OF NOTE
04 OCT: Blessing of the Animals: Bring your pets, all creatures great and small, for The Feast of Saint Francis. Please have pets leashed, crated, or caged; treats provided. Plush friends and photos of animals also welcome!
14 OCT: “Wings and a Prayer” is back: Our community dinner will be held in the Undercroft, 6:00-7:15PM. We’ll provide the wings and prayer, you provide a side to share – or just bring yourself!
18 OCT: Mark your calendars for the start of this year’s Stewardship Drive, kicking off during the 10:00AM Eucharist. More details to come.
19 OCT: The October Vestry meeting will be held 7:00-9:00PM in the Choir Room. All are welcome to attend the general proceedings. If you have an agenda item, please speak with one of our Wardens.
24 OCT: Formation opportunity: Gene Tierney will present a new Beloved Community Action video following the morning’s service. Join him during Coffee Hour in the Undercroft.
