This Sunday at Saint Paul’s:
Morning Prayer will be offered at 10:00am this week, in the absence of Father Marcus. Thank you to T.J. Tatlow for leading us in prayer.
Joyce Uptown Food Shelf receives Saint Paul’s weekly donations. December’s theme is HOT DRINKS (e.g. coffee, creamer, tea, hot chocolate, cider), but other items are always welcome. Please bring items to church as part of your weekly offering and place them in the baskets at the Narthex doors. As the needs increase, our donations have as well! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for sharing a treat at this week’s coffee hour! Next week’s will be hosted by the Outreach Commission.
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Church in Yola (Nigeria).
In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the foundations which minister to children with special needs, especially for the work of the Sheltering Arms Foundation, and for all who work in child protection agencies throughout the state of Minnesota. We also pray for the parishes of the Nativity (Burnsville), and Saint Stephen (Edina, Paynesville).
On our Parish Prayer List, we pray for Alex, Bea, Bob, Gary and Sue, Harvey, Joan, John, Krista, Mary, Nancy, Natalia, Pat and Steve, Richard, Rita, Shirley, Sue, Susan, Thomas, and the Coopergard, Marracq, Paulson, and Raddatz families. We also pray for the repose of the soul of Beatrice Nelson, mother of Pam Dow and Victoria Rock. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

An invitation from Father Marcus: I want to set aside intentional time each week for us to get to know one another. My office door (which is open most of the time anyway) will be open Thursdays from 1:00-4:00pm for you to stop in, say hi, ask for prayer, or just to hang out. If you want to bring lunch, we can share! No agenda at all. I just want to facilitate the building of relationships. I hope you’ll come see me. If you can’t come in person, you can call the church (612-377-1273) and we can chat.
