This Sunday at Saint Paul’s:
Due to the inclement weather, and potentially dangerous travel conditions, we will gather Sunday morning at 10am for Morning Prayer. Please use discretion and caution when traveling.
Groveland and Joyce Uptown Food Shelves receive Saint Paul’s weekly donations of personal care and non-perishable food. our theme for March is SOAP: laundry, dish, hand, etc., but other contributions are always welcome. Please bring items to church as part of your weekly offering, and place in the baskets at the Narthex doors. We are in need of parishioners to deliver our collection to the food shelf each week. Please sign up in the Narthex for a one-month commitment. Thank you.
Are you new to Saint Paul’s Church? You are invited to get to know us better over good food and good fellowship at our Newcomer Social on Thursday, 26 April at 7:00pm, at the home of Errik and Whitney-Lehr Koening. To RSVP, email Father Marcus.
Father Marcus’s Open Office hours for April will be at Common Roots Cafe (2558 Lyndale Ave South), where you are invited to join him from 10:00am-1:00pm for coffee and conversation – no appointment needed, just drop by. A more confidential meeting can be scheduled using Calendly.
If you missed any of Father Marcus’s sermons (or wish to revisit one that spoke to you), you can find them on his Word Made FRESH podcast on your Apple device, or Pocketcasts on Android; print versions are accessible on his blog of the same name, and in the Sermons section of this website.
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for The Church of Ireland.
In the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the work of the House of Prayer, and all spiritual directors serving in the Episcopal Church in Minnesota.
On our Parish Prayer List, we pray for Alex, Anna and Steve, Bob, Greg, Harvey, Hazel, Jean, Jennie Beth, Joan, John, Karen, Kate, Krista, Laura, Mary, Nancy, Natalia, Norman, Pat and Steve, Richard, Sue, Susan, and the Coopergard, Date, and Paulson families.
Thank you to the Parish Choir for hosting Coffee Hour this week; next week, the Evangelism Commission.
Coffee Hour will be an opportunity for faith formation for all generations throughout Lent. We will journal, play games, dance, plant gardens in the Undercroft – all while reflecting on what it means to be a Christian. You are invited to bring your whole family each week to share in this experience with us.
If you need to be in touch with parish staff, please use
